Quetiapine (Seroquel 25–200 mg, plus Bipresso extended-release for bipolar depression) is widely used in Japan. Note the Japanese contraindication in diabetes: doctors will check blood sugar before continuing it. Not a controlled substance; the 1-month import rule applies.
