Escitalopram (Lexapro) is approved in Japan for depression and social anxiety disorder, in 10 mg and 20 mg tablets. It is not controlled and is easy to continue at a Japanese psychiatric clinic. Note that the closely related citalopram (Celexa) is not approved in Japan.
