High-dose vitamin C drips (10–50 g) are offered by many Japanese cosmetic and 'anti-aging' clinics for skin, fatigue and immunity, and by some as an unproven cancer adjunct. Ask whether the clinic tests for G6PD deficiency, which makes high doses dangerous, and be skeptical of cancer claims.
