In Japan olopatadine is not just an eye drop: Allelock tablets (2.5 and 5 mg, twice daily) are one of the most prescribed oral antihistamines for hay fever and hives. Allelock can cause drowsiness; fexofenadine or bilastine are the non-drowsy alternatives.
