Fluticasone nasal spray (Flonase)
Fluticasone propionate / furoate (nasal spray) · アラミスト
Steroid nasal sprays are the mainstay of hay fever treatment in Japan as elsewhere. Fluticasone is sold OTC as Flunase for seasonal use, and prescribed as Flunase or the once-daily Allermist (fluticasone furoate) year-round. Japanese doctors combine them with an oral antihistamine during cedar pollen season.
