Nasal decongestant

Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed)

Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride · ディレグラ

Pseudoephedrine is a stimulant raw material under Japanese law. Products containing more than 10% pseudoephedrine, which includes Sudafed 30 mg and 60 mg tablets and most Claritin-D or Allegra-D type combinations, need advance permission from the Narcotics Control Department. Japanese OTC cold and allergy products use it only at low concentrations, and the Rx combination Dilegra (fexofenadine + pseudoephedrine) is available.
